  • After an initial notification by mail, UNIVERSAL INKASSO AG will contact you to determine your reasons. If the debtor refuses to pay, a report will be sent to the creditor. Subsequently, legal dunning proceedings will be initiated, which will ultimately lead to enforcement.

  • The following payment methods are available to you:

    • PayPal

    • Cash payment (Barzahlen)

    • SEPA direct debit

    • Bank transfer

  • UNIVERSAL offers installment payments to debtors. You can fill out the corresponding application form online here and send it to us.

  • Please inform us of any changes to your address or bank details as soon as possible, otherwise you will incur additional costs due to our use of a credit agency.

    You can submit both notifications using our corresponding online forms:

    • Change of address

    • New bank details

    • Improve your credit rating and preserve your creditworthiness.

  • After an initial notification by mail, UNIVERSAL INKASSO AG will contact you to understand your reasons.
    If the debtor refuses to pay, a report will be sent to the creditor.
    Subsequently, legal dunning proceedings will be initiated, which may ultimately lead to enforced collection.

  • If you do not yet have an account on the platform, scan your QR code using your mobile device by opening any QR code scanner. This function is already integrated into most iPhone and Android models. After scanning, you will be taken directly to your case.

    If you already have an account, visit the website https://service.universal-inkasso.de/ and click the “Dashboard” button in the top navigation bar. You will then be redirected to the login page, where you need to enter the email address and password you used during registration.

  • Click the Login button on the case page or in the top menu.
    You will be redirected to a secure login page.

  • Go to your case link and click on Register. You will need to confirm your date of birth, after which you will be redirected to the registration page.

  • To verify your identity.
    Your date of birth must match the one stored in our system in order to complete the registration.

  • Yes, one-time payments are also possible without registration.
    However, registration is required for installment payments.

  • The following payment methods are available to you:

    • PayPal

    • Barzahlen (Cash Payment)

    • SEPA Direct Debit

    • Bank Transfer

  • Log in and go to the Payment page.
    Click on the Installment payment tab, select a start date and duration, and then click Request Agreement Now.

  • Yes, go to the Profile page.
    If you are verified, you can update your information directly. Otherwise, approval from the administrator is required.

  • We are open from Monday to Friday from 8 AM till 8 PM.
