Our new dashboard is the centerpiece of the consumer portal. It was developed to provide you with an instant overview of your current claims. At a glance, you’ll see the most important information you need to stay on top of your finances and manage them effectively.

After an initial notification by post, UNIVERSAL INKASSO AG will contact you to find out your reasons. If the debtor refuses to pay, a report will be sent to the creditor. The legal dunning process will then be initiated, which will ultimately lead to compulsory enforcement.
